Certifications and Official Documents
Description, Purpose and Objective
NOTE
The Certifications and Official Documents view is the centralized module where the instructional documents of the events are consulted and downloaded, as well as the history of issued certifications organized by participant and year.
This module manages the consultation and download of documentary support through two main sections:
- Program Documents: Instructions and event guides available for direct download.
- Certifications: History of official certificates organized by participant, year and area of analysis.
The objective of this module is to offer immediate access to official documentation and event instructions, guaranteeing the traceability of the certificates issued.
Context of Use
This module is used by:
- Quality Directors and Auditors: To consult and download the official certifications issued by participant and annual validity.
- Organization Operational Personnel: To obtain the necessary event guides and instructions before analytical processing.
Possible Actions
1. "Program Documents" tab
- Search for events: Use the search bar on the left to filter records by the name of the desired event.
- Download instructions: In the "Actions" column, locate the green download button (Download Instructions) corresponding to the desired record to obtain the instructional document. The download of the guide or instructions will begin directly when you press the action button.
2. "Certifications" tab
- Change view: click on **the **Certifications" tab located in the top menu.
- Consult records: Review the table organized and filtered by the columns Year, Participant and the corresponding area/analysis. The certifications view automatically organizes the available history according to the recorded periods.
- Access the certification: click on **the code or link in the cell of the analysis column to view or download the certificate assigned to that year and participant.
Required Technical Permits
instructions_read: Allows you to search and download event documents and instructions.participation_certificate_read: Authorizes the reading, consultation and download of certifications per participant and year. **
