Dev Preview Deployments (#1048): Changed "Dev Preview" deployment from an automatic process to manual via the "Manual Orchestrator" workflow to reduce CI/CD resource consumption.
Manual Orchestrator: Set the default value of the is-preview input to true, ensuring default deployments target a temporary channel.

Features

Urinalysis Validation (#1051): Implemented validation logic for PEEC Urinalysis in DynamicFormComponent. The form is valid if at least one result is provided in any session and section.

Significant Figures and Reports (#1039, #1044): Improved data formatting and calculations in the participation report and in handling significant figures in reports.

Refactor

Algorithm A: Removed the unused import of SIGNIFICANT_FIGURES in the SignificantFigures class to reduce dependencies.

Bug Fixes

Timezone Handling (#1052): Improved the reliability of time-based calculations using utcOffset(-5) in the notification handler to guarantee consistent GMT-5 (Colombia) management.
History Search Range: Refined the search range in getHistoriesByOrganization to start at 00:01:00 of the previous day.
