  • Aligned behavior with Excel's ROUND function to ensure consistency across different decimal scales and negative values.
  • Implemented toPrecision(15) in intermediate steps to mitigate standard JavaScript floating-point precision issues.
  • The value_formatted property now uses toFixed for positive decimal places, improving reliability of string representation.
  • Added a comprehensive test suite in significant-figures.spec.ts covering edge cases, negative rounding factors, and precision verification.

Bug Fixes
