This patch release (v5.1.1) introduces the new Incident Dashboard, important optimizations in viewing and sharing personal incidents, and general improvements in database queries and laboratory integration.

⚙️ General

Firestore Query Chunking (#1273)

• Overcoming Limits: Implemented chunking logic for queries using the in operator in Firestore, splitting arrays into chunks of at most 30 items to avoid errors from native Firebase limits.

Incident Dashboard (#1237)

• Main Dashboard: Implementation of the IncidentDashboardComponent user interface to view and filter incidents by type and status.
• Server Authorization: Addition of robust validation and access control in the GitHub proxy (githubIssuesProxy) using roles and permissions stored in Firestore (incident_tracking_read, incident_tracking_create, incident_tracking_comment, incident_tracking_admin).
• Incident Sharing: Added full support in the form interface to designate incidents as personal and optionally share them via autocomplete search and chips with specific organization members.
• Case Sensitivity: Fixed the shared incident visibility filter so email addresses are compared case-insensitively.
• Efficient Comment Loading: Optimized incident detail visualization by performing Markdown-to-HTML conversion and sanitization for comments concurrently using Promise.all.
• Clean Imports: Used import type to import GitHub type definitions on the client, preventing path resolution errors in the browser.

• Latest Status and Accessibility: Adjusted display to only show the latest active status of a legal process, making clicking on the status interactive and improving the visual alignment of review labels.

• Stability: Resolution of multiple minor inconsistencies when recording data in the system.
