Manual Deployment Workflow (#1037): Introduced a manual deployment workflow and updated the main workflow to use Bun for testing, while simplifying component deployment flags.
Product Configuration CRUD (#1022):
- Updated OrganizationService to store configuration within the organization document and segment it by product environment.
- Implemented migration methods to move configurations from subcollections to nested product maps.

Refactor

Custom Attributes (#1022): Separated the settings menu from general attributes to improve UI design.

Bug Fixes

Testing and Security (#1022): Added and updated unit and integration (E2E) tests. Corrected security aspects, unit tests, and configurations across agent components.
Laboratory Migration (#1022): Cleaned up code and fixed the extractAndMigrateConfig method for the new laboratory model.

Date Formatting and Precision (#1028): Refined date formatting and numerical precision in performance tables for the participation report.
- Applied isValidNumber validations before formatting numeric values in calculateZscore.
- Ensured the de value is formatted only when it is a valid number.
