Task Management of Judicial Processes

Description, Purpose and Objective

NOTE

The Process Tasks view is the central console for operational monitoring of the legal area. Its purpose is to allow lawyers, directors and assistants the consultation, assignment, status control and centralized export of all pending or milestones associated with the different judicial files registered on the platform.

The objective of this module is to avoid the expiration of terms and optimize the distribution of workloads within the legal team, guaranteeing that each file has a clear work plan, compliance dates and explicitly assigned managers.

Context of Use

This module is used on a daily basis to:

  • Supervise the firm's legal pending list.
  • Monitor the progress of tasks in high priority litigation.
  • Audit compliance with procedural terms and export management reports for legal committees.

Step by Step for Module Operation

1. Task Query and Filtering

To locate and structure the display of assigned tasks in the main table:

  1. Search Tasks: Go to the Search input bar. Enter keywords such as the process filing number, the name or description of the task, or the user responsible for its execution. The table will filter the rows in real time.
  2. Sort the list: You can organize the records by directly clicking on the header of any of the following columns:
    • Process: Sort alphabetically by file reference.
    • Task: Organize according to the title or description of the task.
    • Assigned to: Classifies tasks by the name of the assigned professional.
    • Completed: Groups by progress status (open vs. completed tasks).
    • Registration date: Order chronologically (creation of the task).

2. Log Export

The system allows you to locally download the database of registered tasks:

  1. Click the download icon (CSV format) located in the upper right corner of the screen.
  2. The platform will extract the loaded list with the corresponding metadata (case reference, task details, completion status, responsible person and registration date) and immediately save the CSV report to your computer.

3. Individual Management (Actions Column)

Each task in the table has information and interaction options in the Actions column:

  • Completed: Displays the task status (Yes / No). The update and progress tracking is managed within the respective case record workflow.
  • View details / Modify: View details of the task and its assignment.
  • Delete: Performs a logical deletion of the task record in the system (retaining record traceability).
