This patch release (v5.1.3) introduces security improvements to login for non-migrated organizations, optimizations and direct filtering in Firestore to prevent unnecessary data downloads, and stability fixes in Algorithm A.

Security and Version Control (v1) (#1290)

• Firestore Filter: Optimization to filter documents directly in Firestore queries using created_date, preventing downloading and in-memory processing of legacy records.
• Restricted Access: Implemented guards at login to warn and enforce sign-out if the only assigned organization is version v1 (non-migrated).
• Composite Indexes: Added composite indexes in firestore.indexes.json to support new efficient queries.
• Repeatability Transformation: Safe handling of undefined effective_from fields when ordering repeatability entries.

QC Test Migration (#1284)

• Organization References: Fixed undefined references when migrating or duplicating QC Test configurations. (#1285)
