This release includes a significant effort to unify and enhance the shared authentication experience across the platform. Additionally, new normalization utilities are introduced, along with updates to GitHub PR tools, sidebar navigation logic, and PEEC refactorings.

🏗️ zymDev Core (General)

Features

• Unified Authentication: Refactored LoginComponent, LoginExternalComponent, ResetPasswordComponent, and RegisterComponent to a structured split-screen layout (auth-layout.scss), eliminating redundant CSS rules. Added a unified container (auth-container).
• Dynamic Content and Theming:
  • Authentication screens now dynamically retrieve the welcome subtitle from index.html meta tags and the product name from system configuration.
  • Ensured optimal contrast when toggling available themes, set proper colors for sidebar and footer, and added a promotional hero image on the sign-in screen. Replaced hardcoded colors with CSS variables.
• String and Email Normalization: Added utility functions normalizeString and normalizeEmail for key generation and secure email handling (#977).
• Developer Tools (Skills):
  • The "Create GitHub App PR" skill has been updated to include a dry-run mode, allowing preview of the Pull Request message before sending it to the API.
  • Integrated dotenv and octokit dependencies for proper environment variable management and GitHub connectivity.
• Data Entry: Implemented dynamic filtering and improved display for active assay cards located in the sidebar tree.
• FCM and SSR: Firebase Cloud Messaging operations now ensure execution occurs strictly in browser environments, fixing SSR warnings (#979).

Refactorings & Chores

• Simplified selection and expansion logic in the sidebar menu tree, including clearing its filter state.
• Updated HTML format for placeholder text when requesting password resets.
• Official version bump in repository base to 4.2.4.
