This patch release (v5.2.1) includes improvements to the issue tracking module, visual adjustments in products and memberships, refactoring of issue handlers, and fixes to the R4s rule in the Quattrol 365 quality control evaluator.

Issue Tracking (#1322, #1267)
- Module Improvements: Added an option to share issues between users, unified file/image linking and display between GitHub and the application, and updated user manual.
Tax Information and Views (#1297)
- Product and Membership Adjustments: Removed the tax information section for non-MIDNA products and added UI view management flags.
Issue Integration
- Logs and Styling Refactoring: Updated indentation styles and improved error logging in GitHub issue handlers.

Quality Control Rule Evaluator (#1310, #1305, #1302, #1323)
- R4s Rule Adjustments and Manual Validation: Fixed R4s rule by removing the range filter that ignored results exceeding 3s, properly included/excluded manually validated data in statistics, and implemented the R4s rule as Intra-run.
