• Persistent Search: Implemented a global solution to preserve search terms in Angular Material table filters throughout the component lifecycle, preventing accidental resets upon reloading or rebuilding lists (applied to legal process views and general tables).

Technical Competency Report (#1261)

• Export Fix: Resolved an issue that generated empty consolidated report files for technical competency events (event 08 / 260508).
• Basic Question Mapping: Improved and hardened generator logic to look up answers flexibly (by sample prefix or directly by question ID), ensuring question 3 (Los métodos de análisis de los glucómetros...) is consistently included.
• Type Consistency and Historical Data: Restructured how calculatePoqtrolStatsUser returns the statistics map to align with other framework products, ensuring proper persistence of section-by-section history.
