Alarm Control Center and Expiration of Terms
Description, Purpose and Objective
NOTE
The Alarm Control Center view is the legal module responsible for consolidating, tracking and alerting on all procedural terms, due dates and reminders configured for the organization's judicial files.
A Process Alarm represents a critical temporal milestone associated with a case action. Its structure contemplates:
- Main Alarm: The final deadline date and time (e.g. Expiration of the term to respond to the demand).
- Reminder (First Notice): An early alarm programmed in advance to give the lawyer room to maneuver.
- Alert States: The life cycle of the alarm and its reminder, which can be in Scheduled (Scheduled), Sent (Sent), Completed (Completed) or Cancelled (Canceled) status.
The objective of this view is to centralize the legal firm's expirations in a single alert calendar, preventing non-extendable legal terms of the Judicial Branch from going unnoticed.
Context of Use
This panel is consulted daily by:
- Lawyers and Partners of the Firm: To plan your weekly agenda and prioritize the filing of memorials according to the alerts closest to expiring.
- Judicial Dependents: To verify the sending and delivery of reminders and mark the executed procedural tasks as completed.
Possible Actions
1. Consult and Search Consolidated Alerts
The panel presents an integrated list with all the current alarms of the organization, both from the "My Processes" files (manual) and from "CPNU Notifications" (automatic).
- Search Bar: Search for alerts by entering the filing number, the name of the plaintiff or the defendant.
- Ordering: Click on the columns (e.g. Alarm, Reminder) to organize the agenda chronologically from the most urgent to the most distant.

2. Access the File Details from the Alert
If you need to review the judicial action that generated the alarm:
- Locate the alert in the table.
- Click on the filing number in the "Process" column.
- The system will directly open the detailed window of the file in the actions tab so that you can consult the memorials and attached supporting documents.
3. Delete Alerts
If a deadline is canceled by court order or was set incorrectly:
- Click the "Delete" button (trash icon 🗑️) in the alarm actions column.
