This patch release (v5.0.3) introduces session timeout parameterization through global constants and configuration services, and fixes an infinite loading issue in the navbar when inactive organization references exist. In POQTROL, the file upload button is integrated within form fields. In Labcare Cloud, shift validation and management are optimized alongside modernization of the data converter. In My Process, welcome email dispatch is added for MIPROCESO and search filter persistence is ensured.

Session Timeout (#1095)

• Service and Configuration:
  • Addition of a service to configure session timeout dynamically across the project.
  • Inclusion of the session timeout field in the system product settings.
  • Extraction of the default timeout to a shared global constant.
• Validations and Testing:
  • Addition of unit tests for session-timeout.service.
  • Correction and hardening of input data validations to prevent null, default null, or invalid values.
  • Addition of robust validations against route navigation failures.

Navigation Bar (Navbar) (#1196, #1197)

• Stability Against Invalid Organizations:
  • Prevention of infinite loading and overall application instability when the user's organization role points to an orphaned or inaccessible reference.
  • Automatic exclusion of unresolved organizations from active user roles.
  • Implementation of a secure sign-out flow with the NO_ORGS_CUSTOMERS_E alert in case none of the assigned organizations have a valid or active membership.

• UI/UX Improvements:
  • Relocation of the file upload button as a suffix icon inside a standard mat-form-field container.

Shift Validation and Converter (#1206)

• Shift Management:
  • Correction and adjustment of shift validations within the data converter.
  • Addition of validations and an informative message when shifts are not configured but shift usage is enabled.
  • Correction of undefined property read errors (undefined).
• Refactoring and Modernization:
  • Modernization of input control and filtering logic in the DataMappingConversor component using @ViewChild and RxJS interoperability.

Account Activation and Onboarding (#1178, #1202)

• MIPROCESO Notification Flow:
  • Integration of MIPROCESO into the onCreateSendEmail function to generate a password reset (activation) link using auth.generatePasswordResetLink and send the welcome email using the welcome_miproceso_template template.
  • Defensive safeguards to skip sending and log the incident if the user email or organization name is missing.
  • Update of the invalid credentials error message during login to guide new, non-activated users to activate their account via email or using the "Forgot Password?" option.

Search Filter Persistence (#1175, #1199)

• Search State Maintenance:
  • Persistence of the "My Processes" search term across data list reconstructions (such as when closing dialog modals).
  • Storage of the filter in a currentSearchFilter property bound via ngModel.
  • Centralization of data source creation in setupDataSource() with defensive support (?? '' fallback) and resetting the paginator to the first page upon filter changes.
