Event Documents
Description, Purpose and Objective
NOTE
The Event Documents view is the query console responsible for allowing you to explore, filter and sort the complete catalog of documents linked to events and evaluation rounds.
An Event Document brings together the technical guides, annexes and information files organized by:
- Year: Annual validity of the evaluation round.
- File: Official name of the technical document or insert.
- Type of Equipment / Measurement: Dynamic columns that contain direct access or download links according to the area or type of test.
The objective of this module is to guarantee the real-time availability of the documentary supports for each event through instant sorting and filtering tools.
Context of Use
This module is used by:
- Laboratory Analysts: To locate and inspect technical files for specific samples or events.
- Quality Coordinators: To audit the availability of documents by year and type of measurement.
Possible Actions
1. Consult and Search Files
- Search files: Use the search bar (Search) and enter keywords to quickly filter the desired document. The list filters the data visible in real time according to the text entered in the search engine.
- Sort the table: Click on any of the column headers (Year, File or the equipment/measurement type) to toggle between ascending and descending order. The table updates the order of the records immediately when you click any column header.
- Access the document: Select the links or option codes available within the table rows to open or download the corresponding file.
Required Technical Permits
event_documents_read: Grants permissions to search, sort and access documents linked to events.
